The red is masculine, if that makes sense. The fonts I like ... black, grey and more red. You could maybe add some stuff on your sidebar to spice it up? Thumbnail images of books, restaurants, people's faces, etc.
I like it, very clean and easy on the eyes. Makes reading your posts even more pleasant.
